The new F4 Cook/Chef knife is the all-around utility knife for all jobs intended to be done on the cutting board. This means that it's most used knife in the kitchen, good for almost anything. It is a western edged knife with 210mm long blade, 50/50 grind, 3mm thick steel at the base of the spine tapering down to the tip. Made in XC75 French Carbon steel hardened at 60HRC. The handle is assembled with blue and yellow micarta discs and black leather discs, fitted with sand cast brass bolster and pommel.
