The new F4 Cook/Chef knife is the all-around utility knife for all jobs intended to be done on the cutting board. This means that it's most used knife in the kitchen, good for almost anything. It is a western edged knife with 210mm long blade, 50/50 grind, 3mm thick steel at the base of the spine tapering down to the tip. Made in 14c28n Swedish stainless steel hardened at 60HRC. The handle is assembled with 6 different colors of micarta discs and black leather discs, fitted with sand cast brass bolster and pommel.
